Frequently Asked Questions
How quickly can you fix my WordPress issue?
Most fixes are completed within 24-48 hours. Critical emergencies (site completely down) are prioritized and usually fixed within 12 hours during business hours.
What if the issue comes back after you fix it?
We provide 7 days of support for the specific issue we fixed. If it reoccurs within that time, we'll fix it again at no additional charge.
Do you work on all WordPress sites?
Yes. We work on self-hosted WordPress sites (WordPress.org) on any hosting provider. We cannot work on WordPress.com sites with free plans.
What if you can't fix my issue?
In the rare case we can't resolve your issue, you won't be charged. We'll provide recommendations for next steps.
Do I need to provide admin access?
Yes. We need WordPress admin access and sometimes FTP/cPanel access depending on the issue. We follow strict security protocols and only access what's necessary.
Can you help with hacked sites?
Yes. Hacked site recovery is one of our specialties. This typically takes longer (3-5 days) due to the thorough cleanup and security hardening required.
